Hunter brain injury respite option inc

Hunter Brain Injury Respite Options Inc (Hunter BIRO) provides flexible respite packages to people who have sustained a brain injury and is the only flexible respite service within the Hunter region which is dedicated to people with an acquired brain injury.

Central Coast Kids in Need Inc

Central Coast Kids in Need Inc (CCKiN) is a small volunteer group who raise money to provide financial assistance to families of seriously ill Central Coast children who are require to go to Sydney/Newcastle hospitals for treatment. They pay their accommodation and travel expenses.

They also assist with specialised equipment for quality of life for these seriously ill children deemed possible in special circumstances by our board and committee members.

Ronald McDonald learning program

The Ronald McDonald Learning Program is a national program of Ronald McDonald House Charities helping children with serious illness catch up on their missed education following lengthy hospital stays and absence from school

Missing School

Across Australia, hundreds of children with serious medical conditions remain at home or in hospital, watching from the sidelines and missing school. Missing School is about helping bridge the educational and social needs of those kids and their siblings, who have special needs of their own, by working to keep them connected to their schools.
