Open Minded

Our disposition this week has been OPEN MINDED. Being open minded is about embracing and celebrating different perspectives and accepting there is always something we can learn from one another.
Students have been looking at optical illusions to highlight how people can see different things in the same image and using scenarios to encourage empathy and understanding looking at both perspectives.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this land, the Awabakal people & reach out to those we have strong songlines with, the Worimi, Wonnarua & Biripi people. We acknowledge & pay our respects to elders past, present & emerging, including Birabahn, whom flies high above as an eagle, caring for country & waterways-we will continue the work of millennia old conservation efforts. We must always remember & perservere to walk together gently on this land as under the concrete & asphalt - the land Is, Was and Always will be Aboriginal land.
